Financial Integrity 1. The Board of Directors and the Treasurer shall monitor all expenditures. The purpose is to ensure compliance with the organization's general policies and standard financial practices. 2. West Virginia Family Foundation shall never encourage Christian individuals to support the programs and activities of the organization before their obligations to tithe have been met. 3. West Virginia Family Foundation shall be committed to disburse all monies wisely as a service to those who give and in keeping with sound principles of management. Activities of the organization shall be viewed as a service to the conservative citizens of West Virginia. 4. West Virginia Family Foundation shall be committed to the very highest standards of ethics in all financial planning and reporting. An annual review of financial records shall be completed and reported to the Board of Directors. 5. All invoices shall be paid when due. 6. West Virginia Family Foundation shall request and accept only appropriate gifts and return those gifts that are deemed to be inappropriate to the goals of our organization. 7. West Virginia Family Foundation shall not seek more money than is necessary to carry out programs. 8. West Virginia
Family Foundation shall never sell, lend or rent its mailing list to
anyone. The organization shall maintain the highest security of the
membership and donor lists. |
