              LATEST NEWS RELATING TO GAMBLING LAWSUIT

WV Family Foundation will not file a federal lawsuit to overturn the
Table Games Act of 2007.


Upon advise of our attorney, WVFF will not be moving forward with a federal lawsuit as we had hoped to do after the WV Supreme Court of Appeals refused to hear our state lawsuit. Our attorney said additional research into the potential federal case gave evidence that the federal courts seldom provide favorable rulings where state finances are involved, even when dealing with claims of equal rights violation issues.
